Hello sir, i am 55 years old , height 5'.5'', weight 96 Kgs. Exercise daily morning walk 60 Minutes & 30 Min Yoga. Want to reduce weight. my profession is Account - setting on computer whole day. what i Do ???? Thank You for Reply, i am giving my eating pattern below 1-early morning half cup of tea with warm water 2- At 10.30 morning walk & yoga taking Snack- small two chapati & Subji Or One Plate Pohha,Or one plate Upma Or one chapatiu & Omlet & half cup of tea 3- At 02.30 i ma taking Lunch 2 Chapati-Vegitable Bhaji-Salad One Fruit 4- At 6 PM - Taking half Cup of Tea 5-At 9.30 Taking Light Dinner such as one Roti & green leaf Subji No alcoholic, Smocking. Two time weakly taking very small amount of rice Onces in a weak Mutton Onces in a week Chiken Or Two Eggs not taking sweets & Ice cream, Out door Junk Food, Fry food all food made in minimum oil This my diet, waiting for your advice

Hi as your work is sitting definitely ur metabolic rate is low,so diet you are taking is high calories for you.Don't take poha,tea which contains high calorie.instade of tea consume herbal tea,I have very good combination of herbal tea.Reduce oil so don't use oils in chappati,start eggs white two daily. aerobic exersice like running,jumping should be more.Drink plenty of water.
