I am not getting very hard erection and semen was not also thick with low sperm count. Then I consulted patanjali doctor and as I was not getting good pressure for urination also, the doctor gave me some baking and gokshuradi guggul along with youvnamrit vati. I took these medicines for 3-4 days and I observed that semen totally stopped coming out and I got lot of pain in abdomen while passing urine. I stopped taking patanjali medicines and took lasix 40 mg for relief in passing urine. Due to sexual encounters with around 3 ladies I got some infection in and around my sexual organ. Also feel infection and weakness in thighs. What's the best natural treatment to get rid of any sexual and urine infection? Kindly advise.
