Sir I am patient of ocd and I am on medicine since 2 years my condition is normal then before but still when i go to sleep after some time so much of dreams come i cant sleep properly due to dreams I am taking sleeping pill still I am facing this problem.

Dear Doctor, Please let me know what medicines you are taking for ocd and for sleep. Some of the tablets are designed to increase the REM sleep. So remembering dreams are more. Please don't take sleeping pills on your own. You may become dependent on them. Only few of them cause dependency. There are others those don't cause dependency. It is better that you undergo sleep studies and diagnose properly.
