I am a 30 years old man, unmarried my body weight is 50 kg .I looked very thin and week, my cheek is not thick. So,i want to suggestion .which type did improve and healthy body?

Hi Mr. lybrate-user You are need to gain atleast 10 kgs - Your weight should be between 60-65 kgs Here are a few things you need to do ?Do not skip your meals ?Avoid eating large meals ?Follow a 8 meal matter: Small snack on waking up, breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, early evening snack, late evening snack, dinner, bedtime snack ?Ensure you consume a high protein, moderate carbs and moderate fat diet. ?Work out every alternate day (not daily) to stimulate appetite. ?Get 7 hours of sleep daily ?Manage stress (via meditation / yoga/exercises) Remember consistency is the key!
