HI, I am 65 years and having prostrate problem. Details of Scan report taken Nov 16 are given below. Prostrate. 3.4�3.1�3.1 cm. Vol 19.4 ml. Prevoid 160 ml Pvrv 38 ml. Normal study. Rectal examination done last indicates Prostrate size Normal. I am taking urimax for the last 3 yrs. After urination 2 to 3 drops dribbling out. I pass 3 to 4 times in night and habitual of drinking water often though not diabetic. I also have phimosis and do not have any problem in urination and ejaculation. please let me know if I should Continue medicine and under go circumcision. Any adverse effect is for seen if I do not go in for surgery?
