I am a 24 years old female. I am doing masturbation every 15 days for last 5 years but before that I was very much addicted to masturbation and was doing every day. Now even if I masturbate after 15 days I feel weakness on the next day and get 1-2 pimples. I want to know whether masturbation is harmful even if I do it twice a month?
