Hi im 23 years old girl I have irregular periods from a year after puberty (12 years old) at first it is normal. Sometimes periods occur regular for 6 months and a gap and 3 and sometimes if I take prescribed medicines for three months on that time only my periods occurs and a gap it goes on. Till 16 years and in 17 years I got severe pain which I cannot bare with I got hospitalized they gave medicines etc. After that my periods went very occasional and also gained some little extra weight from 57 kg to 62 kgs I went through homeopathy treatment for as year and I doing my degree 1st year also I gained weight extremely very short period of time (6 months) 62 kgs to 75 kgs it leads me to stress because of many reasons I got depressed and started research on weight loss diet foods at age of 18 I loosed 7 kgs in 1 week (very very strict diet no rice diet and some at home exercise) made me look very unhealthy but I felt little active but I do not know why? My stress level was to core and I depressed very very badly also I facing lot issues at that age its normal but my stress and depression was very very bad I forget very important meet, person,things to do, lack of focus ,disturbed if I went went through road I can not bare with horn its just hits my head noisy, breathless,moodswing, sleepless,exam stress everything I just collapsed I can not even talk with a person normally my friends and parent professors I felt uncomfortable everywhere I cry literally and laugh I was an perfectionist kinda behaviour it leads to very at one of time my parents introduced me to a physcatist I went through counselling sleeping pills nerveres strengthening pills and I also went ayurvedic treatment after that I got completely alright It took me three years to get fix. But gained a lot more weight after that I doing my diets (no carbs ,low carb) But it does not gave my such results and also irregular periods (6 months r 3 months once. I went through gynecologist went through thyroid nd hormonal test its normal for the 1st time she gave me metformin for a year and no use same thing repeated and after that in 2017 I went to another gynecologist gave me krimson 35 two 6 months and same problem and went through an detailed test and also some research and they found that im facing insulin resistance and ofcurse PCOS with 80 kgs 5'4 they told me to do weight loss low carb diet no sugar (no fruits) 30 mins walking for three months. But I can not sustain even for a week I found many other options diets that suits me but I can not sustainable I felt greedy starving also few years back I joined gym membership for 3 months and left workout does not suits me even at home exercise can not help me my lower body was very heavy a little workout and walking leads me to veceing like condition very badly. And in 2018 im going through low carb but healthy lifestyle changes like adding millets dal pulses salads to my diet for 6 months I giving me result but im a sweet tooth and just zombies for sugar craving how shud I control my sweet tooth and give me some ideas on healthy home exercise for flexibility for loss weight strengthen my body how to change my sedentary lifestyle and also im incorporating millets instead of rice at first my my body shows some result now my body gets used to it how shud I over come from this how should I balance my diet with millets portion and it is healthy option please clear my doubts.
