My son aged 3 years, fell face down on the floor while bathing. His front upper teeth got hurt and there was some bleeding from gums. After sometime the bleeding stopped. The tooth appeared little shaky and it was painful to touch. Other than this, he looked fine .After 3 days, while he was sleeping I noticed blood in his mouth. It looked like blood came from the hurt teeth. Is it normal? Shall I visit a doctor?
