Sir my father blood sugar level is 241 in fasting. He is 42 years old. He has started medicines and also doing exercise regularly. Can it be lowered within a month with help of medicines or how much it will take to come at normal level.

yes it can be lowered... but then also the medicines will need to be continued... mostly for life long...
