I am a 52 year old male living with a micro-penis or very tiny penis. This condition has made my life miserable such that I have never engaged in a relationship (never had sex), cannot socialise and suffer from anxiety and depression. I've been to different doctors but have not succeeded in finding help. I take 800 mg of Tramadol and 400 mg of propranolol everyday to feel a bit calm and be able to sleep. I have attempted suicide 3 times but miraculously survived. What should I do?

My friend trust me even a big penis 11-12 inches have failed to satisfy a woman, on the other hand even a small one of 3-4 inches have made them fulfilled.
