Hi, I have a very personal sexual health question. After me and my boyfriend have sexual intercourse he seem to be getting a rash just behind the head of his penis. He says its is not painful just uncomfortable. I have been tested for STD and do not have any and he always washes after sex. I would just like to know what the cause might be and how to treat it? I do not have any problems after or during sex its just him. Little red dots and it usually goes away after a day or so. Sometimes its worse than other times please help.

Hello- It could be a Yeast Infection - An overgrowth of fungus, also known as candidiasis, that causes a red rash on the penis and itching and/or burning on the tip of the penis; it is more common in uncircumcised men. It can be treated by the help of medications and maintaining a proper genital hygiene.
