I am suffering from dandruff for the last 3 months. Recently I consulted with a Dermatologist and he prescribed me some medicines as follows - Acutret-20, Immupred-8, Protar-K solution, ultitar lotion. I have some doubts with Acutret-20 Capsule after reading about its side effects. I've read lots of negative reviews about this medicine. Is it really necessary for the treatment of Dandruff? Is there any other safe alternative? My dandruff condition is severe. Please suggest.
