Hello I'm 19 year old. I have sore throat for a month. It's paining when swallow anything. What should I do for this. I am taking vitamin b complex (becosules. Can I take it regularly until it does not get healed? Or I have to consult oral doctor. I have gone through the treatment of general govt. Doctor but they just gave antibiotics with vitamin b complex tablets. Can gargling with warm water also do some job. Please reply with details.
