Hello I'm 19 year old. I have sore throat for a month. It's paining when swallow anything. What should I do for this. I am taking vitamin b complex (becosules. Can I take it regularly until it does not get healed? Or I have to consult oral doctor. I have gone through the treatment of general govt. Doctor but they just gave antibiotics with vitamin b complex tablets. Can gargling with warm water also do some job. Please reply with details.

Do glarge with Luke warm water with little salt, it's good, consult your nearest ENT doctor for better management.

You need to get your throat examined by an ENT doctor. Salt water gargles will give you relief also, you should look into your diet habits, avoid excessive tea/coffee, fizzy drinks, have timely meals, take dinner early and avoid going to bed immediately after dinner.
