I think I have an overbite problem because my upper row of teeth overlap the lower row of teeth. So for touching my upper row teeth with my lower row of teeth I used to clench or grind my teeth. After doing this for some day I feel my jaw muscles are very tight and my bite is changed heavily. Also my facial shape or symmetry has got worsen and I look very bad in real and in photo with some neck and back problems and I am always feeling loneliness, pain etc. So please tell me what should I do now? What are the bad things that can happen with me for clenching or grinding my teeth? Please help me.
