Hi I am 29 year old and having cold and runny/stuffy nose at the same time plus sore throat. When I took antihistamine it relieves. But after stop taking medicine it starts again. Even I am drinking 4-5 ltrs of water daily It now more than 1 month. Please suggest what to do.
