Hello Dr. I am suffering from my penis frenulum Problem my penis frenulum was not open (Back) properly because it is join with penis skin. Normal time I don't fill any problem but when I go for a sex with my partner that time I filled lots of Problem. I can't enjoy my sex when my penis is goes to hard that time frenulum was not open properly (Normal). Frenulum joint with my penis so please guide me to the right way for my frenulum Problem treatment also please tell me the cost and risk and recovery time.
