A patient suffering from paralysis for past 7 years. Patient doesn't have sensation below the waist. Couldn't stand straight. Doesn't have sure strength in the back and also in legs. But there is little movement in leg where leg automatically move without patient command .no control in urine system. Physiotherapy is done on daily basis at home. Any suggestions about medicine for strength in legs and back? Any kind of exercise should done? Any exercise equipment which can help for exercise from home?

As you said that case is 7 years old so recovery will b slow. Continue Physiotherapy to maintain the tone of muscles that is present right now. Muscle stimulator can help if it do.
