My first c section date 10 August 2017 during 8 month because blood pressure high. And baby no more. So can I conceive this time will be fine.

You should keep a gap of at leat 2 years before you plan next pregnancy. There is chance of having high pressure for any pregnancy, but you should consult good gynecologist with good NICU setup.
