I have a desk job from last 3 years .My weight continuously increase from 60 to 75 .MlNow I face problem in walking etc .Please advise, how I lose my weight.

Hello. First start off with controlling your diet. B active whenever possible. Walk short distances, use stairs, take frequent small breaks from your desk and walk about a little. Also, try to avoid fried or sweet snacks in between the meals. Mainly. Reduce sufar intake. Start exercising regularly starting off with small duration and then gradually increasing the time.
