I have a small black lump near my anus. It is soft and pain-less. When pressed the blood-like black colour fades to normal but It comes back within seconds. What could this be?

Perianal hematomas are very similar to hemorrhoids and often misdiagnosed as such. They are actually a burst blood vessel near the anus, causing a pool of blood to form underneath the skin. These bumps are usually caused by straining or trauma to the area and can be very painfu Cold compresses: Help to reduce pain. Sitz bath: For best results, it is recommended to bath twice a day to ease pain and swelling. Doughnut-shaped pillow: A circularly shaped pillow that reduces pressure and pain while sitting.
