Hello, I am having hpv since 6 months and I am 24 and 2 months old just wanted to ask how to know that virus has left my body and even if it left can I have sex without condom with my partner so she doesn't get affect by it. Ihv had all tests in hospital and I am clear please I just want answers of these 2 questions. Please I do not need consultant. Whoever replying god bless you :)

Hello- Testing options for HPV are limited and most cases are never diagnosed. Pap tests, for example are not specific screening for HPV; they are designed to detect abnormal cell changes of the cervix. HPV DNA testing is not currently approved to test infection status. However its best to use protection as you still can transmit to your partner.
