Hi I met with an accident two years ago on April of 2016. I got injured in my knee. When I showed to doctor he advised me it's a small injury. The pain has still not gone. It keeps on relapsing. I get a sense of burning and pain even when a small cloth touches to the affected area. I did an mri on January 2017. The report said I have got some sort of chondromalacia patella grade 3, the doctor advised me a few knee strengthening exercises, it has had no impact on my pain. I find it difficult to jog I get swelling on my foot when the knee pain increases. Kindly advise me some medicines and routine for the treatment Thanks.
