Hello Lybrate user I can understand your concern. Mood disorders require combination therapy i.e. Medecines along with regular psychotherapy sessions. To better handle phases of low mood try creating a support system i.e. 2-3. Close friends or family members with whom you can talk, share and to be motivates by them. Also look for 4-5 activities that you enjoy and try to incorporate them in your daily schedule. Regular exercising would also be beneficial. To learn more coping strategies kindly consult a clinical psychologist for regular sessions. You can also reach out to me through the Lybrate app.
