Hi my name is Manoj Kumar, I'm 21 years old My teeth has brownish solid plaque on the inside It doesn't look from outside It hasn't gave me any problem But it kinda looks gross and I have bad breath because of this I smoke cigarette 2 or 3 per day ,i know its bad for my health and teeth and it causes bad breath. Could you please suggest me how to clear that plaque without going to the dentist.

Brush the teeth with a mixture of baking soda and water every few days. Rinse the mouth with a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution every day or every few days. Always rinse the mouth with water afterward.
