Non healing cuts just below the crown on the neck of my penis. Have tried taking antibiotic amoxicillin and am applying soframycin but these two cuts on sides of the adjoining sheath are not healing. Please suggest!

As you said there is diabetes history. I think you suffering from fungal infection and it is persistent due to diabetic condition. So, keep investigating your sugar level periodically, take antidiabetic med regularly. Please start following medicines 1) Sudarshan Ghana vati dose 2. -. 2 tabs 2) Gandhak Rasayan Vati dose 1. -. 1 tab 3) Vishtinduk Vati dose 1. -. 1 tab Continue above medicine regularly at least for ,4 months.
