I hope you are not suffering from any medical issues. you can start with walk or any cardio exercise for 40 minutes during the day. take regular meal at every 2 hourly. include plenty of water during the day. take regular food stuff at every 2 hourly. include salad in your diet take seasonal frutis n salad In-between you can also add warm water after one hour of your meal
