I am an IT Employee, Have been suffering from back pain and its been on and off, just wanted to know is it going to be permanent problem or will stay for some time until we reduce work load?

Your workload is not loading your back. It's the way you work is loading it. You need ergonomic corrections to minimise job site hazards and do give 10mins a day to neutralize your stresses.
