Deep breathing exercises like pranayam and concentrating on single point as in meditation will help take multivitamin and calcium daily.

Take vit d3 satchet weekly and start avoiding high protein food in diet do gentle exercises and yoga as explained by your therapist.

No protein rich food and breathing exercise plus pushup will help you along with streching of scapular msl.

You might have sprained your knee along with meniscus get physiotherapy along with ice packs and knee support.
