Yes you can have evion daily if you take EVION 400 just take one cap a day for 15 days then quit for next 15 days then continue the process for 3 months only you will definitely find positive results.if you take EVION 200 then you can take for whole 1 month n skip for next 15 days and continue the process. Vitamin E is required only in very small quantities .Use multivitamin tablets containing small quantity of . EVion 400 is high dose and prolonged taking is harmful
