I am a 29 year old woman and I have itchy dry skin under both feet, which was started when I was 8 year old. At age 11 to 18 I had yellow blisters under feet, causing itching and pain. I have been to different country and both my feet were completely ok. But again after reaching home same itching, peeling off skin continues.

If the blister has broken, you can soak your toes in a clean tub filled with warm water and Epsom salts. Gently cleaning the area with warm water is also fine. Use an adhesive bandage or place a round piece of moleskin over the blister to protect it while it heals. ... pus draining from the blister.
