Eat in moderation. Take note of your ideal weight and accordingly adjust the calorie intake. Avoid stimulants like tobacco and alcohol. Daily exercise is also very beneficial as it can keep the metabolism in good pace and also helps beat the insulin resistance. Kindly read from the internet about healthy lifestyle changes and how Diabetes affects every part of the body if left unchecked. Learn Yoga from an expert and spend some time doing yoga everyday. Revert after that with the reports for any further clarification.
