She has a burn mark on her cheek and she want to get some treatment as it is very prominent on ger face. The burn was due to iron. She had unconsciously put iron on her face. The mark is 4-5 years old. Kindly suggest her some good treatment.

Hello. The burns scar varies from person to person, depending upon the skin type, scar maturity, length, position and width. The treatment accordingly will vary from just a superficial dermabrasion, dermarolling, fat grafting to the scar revision surgeries.
