Hey, I am a 25 years old unmarried female and I am suffering from PCOD. I have 12-13 visible cyst in both the ovaries I came to know about the same 1.5 year ago and my doctor suggested me to take contraceptive pills for around 6-7 months (though I was not suffering from any periods related problems). Since I started taking those pills, my period flow and duration got reduced (earlier used to get periods for 4-5 days and it has been reduces to 3 days and my blood flow was normal earlier it was't heavy). Afterwards my doctor suggested me to stop taking those pills and suggested me to take M2 tone syrup for 3 months. Due to some family issues, I had to travel out of the city was not able to contact my doctor. Its been 8 months and I am still taking the M2 tone syrup regularly. Please suggest whether I should continue the syrup or start any other medicine. Also please help me with effective cure methods and tips regarding PCOD. I am quite depressed for my future due to PCOD. Your prompt reply would be highly appreciated.
