Dear sir, I am 54 years old and perform strenuous wait training at gym. Recently I felt that while I run full throttle on treadmill I later feel very light, constant pain in my groin and while getting up or just by stretching the sine ackwards, I feel light strain in my veins in my lower abdomen. Please let know, whether it is the symptom of hernia. And if yes how to prevent it further. I am extremely worried that I might not be able to perform my favourite weight training. Kindly help.
