A small piece of glass went through my sole of feet. I do not know if it is inside or has come out. It has been more than a week .there is no infection yet. Do I need to take tetanus injection now.

If 7 days after a wound, you still haven't gone into tetanic convulsions, then two conclusions can be drawn from that; either: The antibody levels were high enough, or The wound doesn't have any clostridium tetani preparing the toxin to give you the shakes. In either case, I'd say, Better late than never. Take the shot; you survived 7 days - nothing to say, you won't get it after that, or that you don't need it because the antibody levels are high enough. U can take Arnica 1M/ 4 doses for 1 day only.
