Sir before 3 month I have serious pain like sciatica pain after treatment its transfer right leg to left and now its come back in form of back pain. I recently visit to orthopedic he suggest me some tests. I find I am hla b27 positive & my esr 50. And mri also done the he say me I am suffering from Sacroiliitis and give me medicine like sazo 1000 (6 month) and some vitamins (1 month ).My age is 27.
