I am 38 years old, I suffer from allergy, possibly due to dust, heat, seasonal allergies, work in Kenya, Mombasa where 9 month of the year is quite humid, I have previously been prescribed with antihistamines, like L montus, with some relief. I am looking for a longer term relief. Please advise. Many thanks.
