I am 21 years old female and 45 kgs. I do not gain weight though I eat a lot. No stomach pain, fatigue, fever etc. Last night I took bandy plus. I didn't see any change in stools the next morning. Do I really have worms in my stomach which causes malabsorption?

causes of malabsorption include: Cystic fibrosis and other diseases that affect the pancreas. Lactose intolerance or other enzyme-related conditions. Intestinal disorders such as celiac disease (when the gluten protein from wheat, barley, and rye triggers your immune system to attack your body)
