One week before I get my period I get cramps and cravings. This month I?m 10 days late. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative, and like always I had my cramps, face breakouts and cravings, yet I haven?t gotten my period. Through out the 10 days I?ve been having cramps and some lower abdominal pain on where my right ovaries is at. I feel like I might get my period anytime soon. I must mention that I?ve had unprotected sex. I don?t know if I?m pregnant or if I might have something else?

Hi! First of all rule out pregnancy completely by doing blood test called beta hcg. This is 100% accurate. Then if your periods are regular or not. If this is first time happening, then could be hormonal imbalance.
