Not able to tolerate even slight distress in ocd even in lowest thing in hierarchy of problems. Does writing down the distress thing helpful other than the just the exposure.

Yes definitely writing down your worries and hierarchy of problems, obsessions and compulsions would be helpful. You should make OCD chart and write on daily basis about no. Of compulsive behaviour in a day, and then you will try to get rid of it one by one with the help of self control and diverting yourself from compulsive behaviour towards normal routine. Take consultation with nearest psychologist it is necessary or take online consultation.
