Hello Dr. I am struggling with severe insomnia. No medicine is working on me. Allopathic medicine give relief but it has side effects. don't want to use allopathic. Taking ayurvedic medicine but no relief at all.

Exercise is the best sleep inducer and does not cause any side effects. It also improves general health and fitness. Though it may not show instant results but is it worth trying.
