My brother is 30 years. He is suffering from l4l5 and l5S1 disc bulge. But l5s1 disc bulge is more and it compressing the nerve. Doctors suggested for open surgery. Surgery has done today. How much time he could be in rest. And whether he can go back for work normally. please tell me sir. He is a hard woker job.
