Can I take manforce tablet once in month for long drive sex just for little Extra joy or fun for otherwise my sex life is good its take 15 to 20 minutes for 1st ejaculation and if erection happen immediately then more than 20 min in 2nd ejaculation. I don't want to use manforce for regular use just 1 day in a month for extra hours joy with wife. Any side effects if I use it now or I don't use it in future?

Hello- I am afraid, it would not be a safer option for you. Recreational use of ED (erectile dysfunction) drugs like Manforce/Viagra can actually cause ED if the person is not suffering from it.
