Was diagnosed with myopia in nov 2017 with 0.5 in left eye.in may 2018 its the same 0.5 and the right eye got 0.25 so the doc prescribed me glasses and asked to use only when required. Now its octbr 2018 and I feel a little more blurred vision in the left eye. Should I wear the glasses regularly?(Now I am not wearing it regularly) .i have also heard that there is not any need for wearing glasses regularly for this mild power. Bt I also do not want the power to increase.
