Hi, Recently my mother got a stomach upset and bleeding. She consulted a doctor, that doctor asked her to I take a USG. The USG result says that her uterus is bulky with adenomyosis and the endometrium is 7 mm. The doctor also asked her to take a biopsy. She is very much tensed. Is there anything to get worried.

Nothing to worry, adenomyosis is a benign condition, if on biopsy also adenomyosis is proofed, then at 56 years of age treatment for adenomyosis is hysterectomy.
