Hi, Dear Sir, My Wife has undergone a surgery on 22 July 2016 for removing of fibrous tissue mass of 4x4 cm at anterior of abdominal wall muscles. There was not any hernia, muscles were repaired by stitches. Now, it almost two year passed, we would like to know whether we can plan our second pregnancy in this case or not? Will there be any opening of stitches during or after pregnancy? Or how much is the probability of opening of stitches. Will it pose any risk of hernia formation in future? Shall we go for pregnancy? Due to above future health risk, we are fearing for second pregnancy. Our first Child was through C-section then repair surgery. Already two (2) times surgery has happened now if we go ahead for pregnancy then due to the above repair surgery we don't wish to go for surgery unwontedly. Please Advise. We have already carried out USG of repair section, the report says till now there is no recurrence or hernia.
