I am depressed. I went to hospital where doctor consulted me to take clonazepam .5mg and escitalopram oxalate 10mg. It is been more than a year I am taking these medicines after regularly consulting doctor. But still I am not feeling well. Problems are- can't sleep, dull visualization, can't bear noise, lost all time, feel fear And many others. Please help me.

Go for a follow up and discuss your concerns with your psychiatrist. Usually about 60 % patients will improve with the first antidepressant. Remaining 40 % will require another antidepressant or a combination of antidepressants.
