I get dreams about my ex trying to downplay me and reject me after being cordial with me. It spoilt my entire day and made me uncomfortable even though we ended in March with parents being involved. He was just shameless then, could it be an unresolved confrontation or shame or fear of being rejected in general. I'm scared to contact him to even clear my anxiety since I feel used and feel he'll not even take my call.
