I am 120 kgs I am on diet and I am not taking any carb. S. At all from past 20 days I am taking salads and meat and some nuts, can this bring down my weight and I am walking for 6 kms daily with normal work routine daily. Please suggest some diet pattern or dietitian.

Yes it can definitely reduce weight.. But this routine will do it very slowly.. Better take homoeopathic treatment..
