I am 20 years male. I feel feverish inside body since 2 days. Body temp is 100F and is not changing since afternoon. I am also having sore throat sometimes coughing. However I am not feeling any kind of headache or body pain or shivering or weakness. Its just that the temperature shows 100F in thermometer with sore throat. Is it sign of viral fever. If so then kindly suggest any medicine.
